I'm (again) listening this evening to the fellow in the midwest (Iowa, specifically) who broadcasts frequently on 3944 kHz. I don't know why I listen to this guy — well, that's not true, I do know why. For the education value.
Now I respect most everyone's views on religion and politics, though on amateur radio I avoid most discussion of either. The guy who holds down 3944 kHz avoids all topics BUT religion and politics.
I haven't really written about this guy lately, but I continue to be amazed at the “information” he broadcasts.
He's extremely anti-Catholic, but he's also very much anti-organized religion — tonight he's telling how that the Catholic church has infiltrated all Protestant religions to destroy them and take them over. Back in the 1960s, the changes implemented in the Catholic Church as part of Vatican II was the church's attempt to recast itself in a “friendlier” light to Protestants.
Last week, I learned that (according to this guy), when Pope Benedict dies, the antichrist will arrive to reign over the Earth and force Catholicism on the rest of the world in a (dare I say it?) — New World Order. And he knows who the antichrist is — Pope John Paul II.
You're probably thinking the same thing I did — “Wait, isn't he dead?” The last I heard he was, but according to this guy, Pope John Paul II will rise from the grave to take his place as the antichrist.
The Roman Catholic Church has control of every major government on Earth. According to this guy, the Catholic Church is responsible all the wars over the past severa hundred years (religion is certainly a major cause, but more than one has had its hand in it).
The ecumenical movement is the insidious force that's out to take over Protestant churches in America, he says. The church has lots of help in its drive to take over the world — the Jesuits are the Pope's army, and the Masons are the church's secret forces at work among non-Catholic nations and in the Protestant churches.
Catholics don't worship God, they actually worship Lucifer, he says (a “fact” that's news to this Catholic). He says that all societies — Masons, Elks, Moose, Rotary, Optimist — are all based on the worship of lucifer (its obvious he's never been to a Rotary Club luncheon). According to this guy, our country's police departments are dominated by Masons, and their job is to protect the Catholic church in every community.
This guy has a couple of friends who hang out on the frequency with him, a kind of hallalujah chorus for his conspiracy theory rants. At the end of every transmission, he gives his callsign, and asks that everyone who comments does the same in order to “prove” that he is having a QSO and not engaging in “broadcasting.” But its clear this isn't really much of a roundtable discussion. The ringleader transmits, then one or the other guys IDs when he's done, and makes a comment from time to time.
It's getting better too. This evening I've learned that the creation of tax-exempt 501(c)3 status was the government's way of making all the churches register with the IRS. Now that they've been suckered in, the IRS has control of the churches, and the IRS issues the orders. When the New World Order takes over and martial law is enacted, the government will use the churches to disarm the citizens of the U.S. by forcing pastors to tell their flocks that turning in guns is in the country's best interest.
Now he's explained how the American Red Cross is an arm of the Vatican's intelligence organization. Did you know that the Red Cross helped Adolf Hilter leave Berlin before it fell at the end of World War II? Yes, it appears that Hitler didn't die, but he was taken under Red Cross cover to Austria, and eventually on to the United States after the war. (Sounds like some fascinating history, I hope the textbook authors know of the need for major revisions).
When the Catholic Church takes over, you'll be forced to convert to Catholicism or face the deadly consequences. According to what I'm hearing, there'll be the ruling elite and the rest of us will be their slaves.
That's if you survive. According to this guy's earlier statements, there are hundreds of hidden concentration camps scattered across the U.S., with the closest one allegedly located at the former Naval Ordinance station in Louisville. And of course, the 30,000 guillotines stored in Georgia and Montana will be how the Church handles those who won't toe the line.
This all reads like a really B-movie script starring Steven Seagal. I don't mean to make light of this guy's beliefs, but he's certainly in a league of his own …. perhaps even a world of his own.
